Introduction

AppZone ("we", "us", or "our") built Chat AI as a Free app. This SERVICE is provided by AppZone at no cost and is intended for use as is. This page informs users regarding our policies on the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information when using our Service.

  • Image generation prompts are processed to create AI-generated images
  • Web search queries are processed to provide relevant results
  • None of this content is permanently stored on our servers after processing.
  1. Usage Data: We use Google Analytics for Firebase to collect anonymous usage data to improve our service. This includes:
  • App usage statistics
  • Device information (e.g., model, operating system version)
  • Interaction events within the app
  • This data does not include the content of your chat messages.
  1. Push Notification Token: If you opt-in to receive push notifications, we collect your device's push notification token.
  1. Crash Reporting (Crashlytics): We use Firebase Crashlytics to collect crash reports and diagnostics when the app encounters errors. These reports may include device information, OS version, app version, crash logs, and a unique installation identifier.

Log Data

When you use Chat AI, in case of an error or for analytics purposes, we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol ("IP") address, device name, operating system version, app configuration, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics. This data collection is primarily handled through Firebase Analytics.

Use of Third-Party Services

Our app uses the following third-party services:

  • Google Play Services
  • Google Analytics for Firebase
  • Firebase Cloud Messaging for push notifications
  • Firebase Crashlytics

Document Processing and Web Search

When you use our document processing and web search features:

  • Documents you upload are temporarily processed to enable AI-powered chat interactions
  • Document content is encrypted during transmission and processing
  • Web search queries are processed to provide relevant search results
  • Neither documents nor search queries are permanently stored on our servers
  • All processing is performed securely with industry-standard encryption

Image Generation

Our image generation feature processes user inputs as follows:

  • Your text prompts are processed through our AI image generation service
  • Generated images are temporarily stored only for immediate delivery to your device
  • You retain all rights to the images you generate through our service
  • We do not store, reuse, or repurpose generated images for any purpose beyond their delivery to you
  • Image generation requests are processed securely and encrypted in transit

Data Safety

We prioritize the safety of your data. We do not sell personal and sensitive user data. The use of your data is limited to the purposes disclosed in this policy. This includes:

  • Chat messages and responses
  • Uploaded documents
  • Generated images
  • Web search queries

All features are designed with privacy-first principles, using temporary processing without permanent storage of user content. We ensure that all third-party code and SDKs used in our app comply with Google Play Developer Program Policies.

All locally stored data (such as chat history) can be permanently deleted by clearing the app's data or uninstalling the app from your device. Corporate Affiliates and Sale of Business

We reserve the right to transfer information to a third party in the event of a sale, merger or other transfer of all or substantially all of the assets of Chat AI or any of its Corporate Affiliates. Please note that Corporate Affiliate means any person or entity which directly or indirectly controls, is controlled by or is under common control with Chat AI, whether by ownership or otherwise. Any information relating to you that we provide to our Corporate Affiliates will be treated by those Corporate Affiliates in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy.

Our app includes links to our Discord server and Telegram channel. While we encourage community engagement through these platforms, please note that they have their own privacy policies and terms of service.

Local Data Storage

Our app stores data locally on your device to improve performance and provide a better user experience. This local data storage serves similar purposes to cookies on websites, such as remembering your preferences or maintaining session information.
